My name is David Wayne, and I've spent more than 50 years helping businesses improve efficiency through technology.

I founded my first company in 1974 as an accounting and tax practice in Silicon Valley. Over the next five decades, that single practice evolved into a diversified financial services company offering accounting, tax planning, investment services, mortgage lending, and real estate brokerage—all operating under one roof.

That growth wasn't accidental. It came from continually looking ahead, recognizing where technology and business were headed, and helping both my company and my clients adapt before the competition.
